Your Second Visit

Your Second Visit

Upon your return to Primary Health Centers for your second visit, or what Our Team calls the “Report of Your Findings”, we greet you warmly and ask you to sign in at the front desk. The staff then brings you to the Report of Findings room where you watch a brief video explaining what we are going over that day.

After the examination, and if your doctor determines you are a good candidate for reconstructive or structural chiropractic care, he will then arrange for your next visit, which is the Doctors Report.

At the Doctors Report, the doctors will give a detailed overview of how structural chiropractic care works as well as the evidence supporting the specialized work that they do. This takes place in a small group setting with other new patients. Your doctor will privately review the results of your examination and any radiographs taken with you, as well as his care recommendations for your specific case.

Treatment Plan & Financial Investment

Our Team shows you what we have planned for your treatment, including what will be done and how many visits are needed, because chiropractic takes time to produce the desired results. Just like putting braces on your teeth to straighten them out, you could not expect to take them off the next day and find your teeth corrected. Chiropractic is also an incremental therapy which achieves long-term results in stages.

Our staff discusses the financial investment in your health. You will know all costs associated with your care before you start. We generally create a financial plan for you so you can get the most out of your care and save money.

Your First Adjustment

After reviewing your treatment plan, we have a couple of housekeeping items to take care of, including signing some permission and privacy forms. Our Team is then ready to give you your first adjustment. We explain that people typically respond to their first adjustment in one of three ways:

  • You may feel great — That’s excellent!
  • You may not feel much change – this is the norm as many problems take time to change.
  • You may feel not as good – this is just like going into a gym for the first time in a while, you may be sore.

Our Team may give you some instructions to follow at home before you check out with the front desk and continue on your way. You should reserve about 45 minutes for this visit.
